ESG Edelmetall-Service GmbH & Co. KG has operated in the field of precious metal recycling and precious metal trading since years. In addition to electronic waste recycling and the purchasing of precious metals, ESG recycles production waste containing precious metal from a number of well-known industrial companies and supplies these firms with gold salt, silver anodes, silver pellets and precious metal wire. The company features a separate department dedicated to the purchase of jewellery, old gold, dental gold, silverware, platinum, palladium, bars and coins by private customers.

The firm maintains a branch office near Zurich to handle purchases of precious metals and serve the local Swiss market.

ESG works in partnership with the Swiss-based precious metal refiner Valcambi to produce and manufacture bullion and CombiBars®.

In 2010 the company teamed up once more with these two firms to develop the bullion product CombiBar® and subsequently patented the concept, name and production process. ESG granted an exclusive global licence to produce and distribute CombiBars® outside the German and Austrian markets to Valcambi.

Together they are also offering the Auropelli Goldbar Products.
